CancerTYPE ID provides molecular classification of cancers with indeterminate, uncertain, or differential diagnosesmolecular diagnosis and high risk candidate genetic screening. PRÉCIS includes biomarker profiles for non-small cell lung and colorectal cancer that detect clinically relevant tumor biomarkers EGFR, ALK rearrangement, KRAS, BRAF, c-MET, PIK3CA and 10q23 deletion to aid in characterizing disease behavior and therapeutic effectiveness.
- Diagnostics - Pharmacogenetics to include a wide array of test Assays including: DME Genotype Panel Metabolic Enzyme Test to reduce ADR's (testng CYP's 2D6, 2C9, 2C19), MTHFR Panel, Warfarin GenoSTAT, Clopidogrel GenoSTAT. Tamoxifen Response, Cystic Fibrosis Carrier Screening, eMetab Estrogen Gene Panel (CYP1A1, CYP1B1, COMT).
